Adecco Northumberland are looking to recruit a production operative for their client based in Cramlington on a temporary to permanent position.

This will be working day shift only Monday - Friday with a pay rate of 11.55 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Organise and prepare raw materials, ensuring they meet quality standards.
2. Operate machinery and equipment to shape, cut, and finish components.
3. Assemble parts according to design specifications, ensuring precision and quality.
4. Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet established quality standards.
5. Apply finishes, coatings, or treatments to enhance the appearance and durability of products.
6. Properly package finished goods for shipping, preventing damage during transit.
