Job summary

Job&Talent is recruiting for a Production Operative to work with a leading food manufacturing company in Corby. You will help meet daily production targets with high accuracy while upholding strict safety and hygiene standards.

Shifts run 06:00-18:00 or 07:00-19:00, any 4 days out of 7, with overtime during peak periods. Location requires own transport.

Production Operative - Corby

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Operative to work with a leading company in the food manufacturing sector in Corby. You will play a key role in ensuring daily production targets are met with high accuracy while maintaining strict safety and hygiene standards.

Shift Patterns:

• 06:00-18:00 or 07:00-19:00
• Any 4 days out of 7
• Overtime available during peak periods

Pay Rates:

• 12.71 GBP hourly

Essential requirements for Production Operative:

• Own transport is required due to the client's location

Desirable requirements for Production Operative:

• Basic English level
• Previous experience in food manufacturing is desired but not essential
• Good communication skills
• Proactive attitude
