Food Manufacturing Production Operatives, Corby Northamptonshire

We have exciting opportunities to work with a food manufacturing client who is seeking new colleagues to join their team.

Worried about lacking experience? Don't be. Our client is seeking candidates with no prior experience, as they will provide training on their standard operating procedures to help you integrate quickly into the team.

The Details

The shifts are on a continental rotation: 12-hour shifts, 4 days from 06:00 to 18:00, followed by 4 days off. Then, you'll rotate to night shifts from 18:00 to 06:00 for the next 4 nights. The schedule is planned 3 months in advance.

The hourly rate starts at £12.83 and increases to £13.92 once trained. There are also opportunities for advancement to senior levels for those showing commitment and enthusiasm.
