Job Description / Responsibilities

Operating in a manor to comply with HACCP requirements and in line with Direct Meats policies and procedures and relevant Health and Safety regulations.Main duties and responsibilities to include but not limited to:

• Pack products using assigned bags/trays as per product specifications,
• Store finished products in relevant holding chillers observing date rotation,
• Replenish stocks of packaging sundries from the main sundries store as required,
• Clean down any relevant equipment at the end of shift,
• Assist if required in cleaning in the main factories,
• Check condition of equipment and report any faults,
  
  

Full training will be provided.
