Production Operative

The primary goal of these roles are to support the manufacturing process by ensuring all production tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard, meeting both company requirements and customer expectations.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

Carry out production line tasks including assembling, quality checking, packing, and labelling of products.

Operate machinery safely and efficiently (following training).

Follow detailed production instructions and standard operating procedures.

Maintain quality control standards throughout all production processes.

Ensure that production targets and deadlines are met.

Participate in any required training to meet operational needs.

Work collaboratively with the production team to achieve daily targets.

Adhere to all Company health, safety, and quality policies.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment through good housekeeping practices.

Perform other production-related tasks as required.

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Physical fitness; ability to stand for long periods, and perform tasks involving lifting, bending, and stretching.

Basic numeracy and literacy skills.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

A proactive and positive attitude towards work.
