Great opportunity to work as a Production Operative for our client, one of the UK's leading fresh prepared food manufacturers, specialising in the supply of fresh, convenient food to major retail and food service customers.

Staffline is recruiting Production Operatives in Chichester.

The rate of pay is:

• Days £12.24 per hour
• Nights £13.40 per hour

This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, 4 on 4 off, with the hours of work:

• 6am to 6pm
• 6pm to 6am

Your Role as a Production Operative

Your duties include:

• Ensuring zero food safety and H&S issues within the line
• Efficient use of utilities, resources, and minimising waste
• Meeting pre-agreed KPIs for your department
• Ensuring the efficient and effective flow of products in the working area while meeting quality standards and adhering to Food Safety and Health & Safety guidelines
