The opportunity

SourceCo Recruitment is proud to be partnered with a leading industrial company based in Cheltenham, currently looking to expand their team of Production Operatives.

Hours of work

Rotational shift pattern working the following hours:

1. AM - 07:00 to 15:00, Monday to Friday
2. PM - 15:00 to 23:00, Monday to Friday
3. Nights - 23:00 to 07:00, Monday to Friday

Pay rate: £13.72 per hour

Start date: Thursday, 2nd January 2025

Location: Cheltenham

Job type: Temporary ongoing role with potential for permanent employment

Role responsibilities include:

• Working in a factory environment
• Producing aluminium products for dispatch
• Meeting production targets
• Operating machinery
• Ensuring products meet quality standards for distribution
• Liaising with supervisors to achieve targets

Minimum experience, training, or qualifications required: Previous experience is desirable but not essential. Full training will be provided, with ongoing progression opportunities.
