Job description

Position Details:

Hours of work: 39 hours per week on shifts (6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm), alternating weekly.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and manage data input onto the system.
2. Utilise production fixtures for manufacturing products.
3. Use inspection fixtures and gauges to ensure product quality standards.
4. Demonstrate competency in visual inspection methods.
5. Follow and refer to Quality procedures.
6. Read and interpret drawings to facilitate manufacturing.
7. Maintain strategic consumable products within the working area.
8. Attend regular meetings to discuss quality issues.
9. Report any issues affecting production.
10. Implement workload allocated by line manager.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Ability to refer to Quality procedures when necessary.
• Experience in machining and fabrication.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Familiar with NCR processes.

Security Clearance: BPSS clearance required.
