Production / Machine Operative - A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Production / Machine Operative to join our growing team!

Due to actively expanding our business we are currently looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join the team as a Production/Machine Operative at our factory on the Springfield Business Park in Chelmsford, Essex.

About the role:

As a Production / Machine Operative, you'll join a skilled team of 8-10 members and report into the Team Leader. Full training is provided on machinery, including Amada Pressbrakes, with hands-on learning in tool selection, measuring, and quality control. Working hours for this role will be Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm.

Other duties Include:

- Engage in hands-on production tasks to manufacture high-quality products.

- Safely operate and maintain all tools and machinery in accordance with safety protocols.

- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve production goals.

- Ensure the workspace is organised, clean, and compliant with health and safety standards.

- Adhere strictly to company procedures and quality control measures.

As a Production / Machine Operative, you will have a strong willingness to learn and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive attitude and the ability to follow instructions with precision. You will need health and safety awareness, as this will be paramount to your success in this role.
