Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Production Operatives for a leading St Austell manufacturing site. The role covers packing, quality checks and ensuring colour standards are met, with full training provided. A rotating three-week shift pattern is in place and immediate starts are available for suitable candidates.

The position is temporary until January 2027, with a competitive hourly rate of £14.61 and ongoing team support. Previous production experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Pack products to customer specifications and perform quality checks.
• Ensure colour standards are met throughout production.
• Measure and record products accurately.
• Use track-and-trace scanning systems to maintain product traceability.
• Monitor production machinery and respond to basic machine alarms.
• Complete production paperwork accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• Meet daily production targets and deadlines.

Working Hours

• Week 1: 6am-2pm.
• Week 2: 2pm-10pm.
• Week 3: 10pm-6am.
