We will consider someone that isn’t currently a supervisor but wanting that next step up. Your role will be to assist within the Management team, supervising the Operatives and Fitters on shift. It is a very hands-on role, where some Engineering experience is beneficial as you will be required to do some Maintenance. This is an excellent time to join due to business growth.

You must be flexible to work 12-hour shifts, covering days, nights and weekends.
