About the Role

Production Operative

Shift Pattern: 24/7 – A 4 on 4 off continuous shift pattern, including 12 hour shifts, days and nights. Average of 42 hours per week

Permanent

As a Production Operative you will be part of a supportive team, working with colleagues who will help you settle in, find your way around, and show you the ropes.

Your main tasks and duties will be:

• Operate standard machinery at a basic level - full training provided.
• Ensure the effective running of production and packaging lines.
• Complete quality checks and record results, reporting any non-conformances.
• Work as part of a team to ensure the site is audit-ready at all times.
• Contribute to meeting team and company-wide production targets, which make a real difference to our business and our customers.
