We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Production Operative to join our team at Huntworth Mill, where we produce high-quality animal feed products that support farms across the region.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Operating mill machinery and production systems safely and efficiently
• Handling raw material intake and managing weighbridge and quality control processes
• Running bagging and packing lines, ensuring accurate records are maintained
• Monitoring stock levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods
• Following strict procedures for medicated feed and quality assurance
• Performing routine checks and supporting maintenance tasks
• Keeping work areas clean, tidy, and safe
• Assisting with customer service and vehicle loading

• Experience in a production, manufacturing, or agricultural setting is ideal
• A strong work ethic and attention to detail
• A team player who can also work independently
• Someone who takes pride in their work and values safety and quality
