Production Operative

Are you a skilled Production Operative with experience in painting and using printers? We're looking for a dedicated individual to join our dynamic team and contribute to our production process.

Position: Production Operative
Location: Brackley
Hours: 08:30 - 17:00, Monday to Friday
Pay: £11.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

1. Apply paint to various products and components with precision and attention to detail.
2. Printer Operation: Use printing equipment to produce high-quality prints on a variety of materials.
3. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
4. Perform routine maintenance on painting and printing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
5. Work closely with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in a production environment, particularly in painting and printer operation.
2. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Reliable transportation to and from work.
5. Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
