Brightwork Limited in Bo'ness is hiring Production Operatives to join the production line. Shifts run 6am–2pm or 2pm–10pm, with on-site canteen, parking and Staffline support. No prior experience required as full training is provided, and there is a temp-to-perm pathway.

Earn £13.02 per hour with opportunities for overtime. This role emphasises punctuality and a tidy, hygienic working environment and offers on-site facilities to support workers.

Production Operative

Location: Bo'ness

Pay: £13.02 per hour.

Contract: full or part-time shifts.

6am to 2pm
2pm to 10pm

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect worker is physically fit due to standing on the production line for long periods of time. You will be punctual and show you can work in a clean and hygienic manner.

Production Operatives will take pride in their own performance, and have a good attitude to work.

No previous experience is necessary as a Production Operative as full training is provided.
