Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative (milk filling) within our Production department at our Bellshill site.

This role involves operating manufacturing machinery to produce high-quality products. Candidates should demonstrate a strong team ethic, be results-driven, and proactive.

Contract: Full Time / Permanent (39 hours)

Salary: Starting from £12.19 per hour (base pay) plus premiums:

• 1.25x Basic Hourly Rate (Saturday working)
• 1.5x Basic Hourly Rate (Sunday working)
• 2x Basic Hourly Rate (Public holidays)
• 23% Basic Hourly Rate (Unsociable hours, 6 pm - 4 am)
• Overtime: 1.5x Basic Hourly Rate on public holidays

Shift Pattern: Weekly rotational shifts (AM / PM), 5 out of 7 days

Location: Bellshill

Key Duties:

• Operate machinery and processes effectively to meet production targets.
• Maintain hygiene standards as per workplace regulations.
• System maintenance and related responsibilities.
• Conduct cleaning activities.
• Perform quality control inspections to ensure customer expectations are met.
• Replenish materials as required.
• Perform first-line maintenance checks.
