The Role

We are currently recruiting Production Operatives for a large, well-established manufacturing site in Birstall, West Yorkshire, with roles starting from 5th January. This is a hands-on position within a fast-paced production environment, supporting manufacturing, packing, and quality control activities. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating machinery in a production environment
• Measuring, mixing, and handling materials safely
• Packing, labelling, and preparing products for dispatch
• Carrying out basic quality checks
• Adhering to all health & safety procedures
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Working as part of a team to meet production targets

Shifts & Pay

Shift Patterns: Rotating Days and Lates (hours vary by department)

Pay Rates: £12.21 - £13.53 per hour, depending on shift and role

Candidate Requirements
