All Square Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Production Operative for Basildon to join a large, supportive production and warehouse team. The role offers rotating shifts (6:00am–2:00pm and 2:00pm–10:00pm), immediate start, and a clear path toward a permanent contract for the right candidate.

Flexibility to work rotating shifts and a proactive approach to safety and quality are essential. A steady full-time schedule and a welcoming onboarding process are provided to help you settle in quickly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Production, Warehouse or Manufacturing is desirable.
• Machine operation experience with packing machinery is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control when packing and producing parts.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to undertake induction and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Operate a packing machine efficiently and safely to maintain production flow.
• Produce quality parts in line with production targets, ready for dispatch.
• Prepare and pack products safely and efficiently to meet quality and dispatch standards.
• Organise and maintain stock within the warehouse to ensure a safe, tidy, and productive workspace.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily distribution targets.
• Adhere to health and safety procedures within production and warehouse areas.
• Support the wider operations team in maintaining output and quality.
