Late Shift - 2 pm to 12 am

Are you hands-on, detail-oriented, and ready to make an impact in the world of sustainable manufacturing? At Kingspan Water & Energy, we're on the lookout for passionate individuals who bring a blend of practical expertise and a drive for innovation to join our team as a Production Operative.

If you've honed your skills in building management, labouring, or manufacturing, and have a knack for working with hand tools, this role is your chance to shine. You'll be crafting high-quality products that make a difference, from water treatment tanks to advanced sustainable solutions, all while collaborating with a team that values integrity, accountability, and innovation.

What You Will Do:

  • Manufacture Specialty Equipment: Produce water treatment tanks, pump stations, separators, and explore new product assemblies.
  • Precision Workmanship: Follow technical drawings for component and finished goods assembly, involving cutting, drilling, laminating, and steel fabrication.
  • Maintain Standards: Uphold top-notch cleanliness, safety, and efficiency standards in all operations.
  • Team Values: Embody our core principles of Integrity, Accountability, Innovation, Teamwork, and Courage.

What are are looking for:

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) grade C or above in Mathematics, and English Language. Significant relevant experience in a warehousing role may be considered in lieu of academic qualifications.
  • Previous experience operating in a Warehouse environment
  • Experience within a fast-moving Manufacturing operating heavy machinery.
  • Practical knowledge of assembly techniques consistent with the company product range
  • Experience in using hand tools including drills
  • Critical Thinking and Problem Solving.
  • Ability to accurately measure and document production activities
  • Mature attitude to work which encompasses Health & Safety, Quality.
  • To be thorough and pay attention to detail.
  • Effective Time Management.
  • Previous forklift training (desirable)
  • Driver's License: A full clean UK driving license.
