Job Role

We are seeking a dedicated Production Operative to become a vital part of our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in the production of a diverse range of high-quality supplements, including liquids, tablets, capsules, and powders.

Your expertise and commitment will be key in fulfilling our mission to provide our customers with premium products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manufacturing Excellence: Operate with precision in manufacturing a variety of supplement forms, strictly adhering to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate effectively with team members to meet and exceed production targets.
  • Quality Compliance: Diligently follow Batch Manufacturing Records and work in tandem with quality assurance/control teams to ensure the highest level of product integrity.
  • Materials Handling: Precisely weigh and blend raw materials and accurately measure and size capsules/tablets to specific requirements.
  • Yield Reconciliation: Conduct thorough yield reconciliations at the conclusion of each batch to ensure optimal efficiency.
  • Documentation: Complete all necessary documentation, including line logs and quality records, with attention to detail.
  • Maintenance: Maintain a clean and orderly production area following each campaign.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively address and escalate issues to management and effectively troubleshoot recurring challenges.
