Job description

Kronospan is the world leading manufacturer of wood panel boards. At Kronospan, we pride ourselves on delivering Wood Perfected and have invested in innovation since 1897. With £300m spent on our Chirk manufacturing facility recently, and a further £200m planned in the coming years.

As a global leader in manufacturing wood-based panel products, we are seeking dedicated, ambitious, and passionate Trainee and Skilled Production Operators to join our teams.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities of the Production Operatives:

  • Operate our production processes efficiently, maximizing the use of our advanced plant and machinery to meet high standards demanded by our customers.
  • Develop a mutually beneficial relationship with our established employer, bringing high commitment to earn rewards.
Working Hours
  • Shifts from 06:00 to 18:00 & 18:00 to 06:00 (4 days on, 4 days off)
  • Monday to Thursday, Days and Nights
Requirements
  • Flexibility, hard work, and a focus on quality are essential.
  • Qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical engineering principles are advantageous.
