Intact Insurance is actively seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to design and operate production-ready ML systems. You will collaborate with Data Scientists and engineers to shape the ML roadmap, build scalable pipelines, and drive innovation while growing your career.

You’ll contribute across feature engineering, model training, scoring, deployment, and monitoring in a hybrid London/Horsham environment with a strong bias toward reliable, observable systems and well-structured code.

Formación

• Experience building production-ready ML systems and pipelines.
• Strong Python and SQL skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with distributed ML pipelines, monitoring and lifecycle ops.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain production ML pipelines for feature engineering, training, and scoring.
• Productionise models from notebooks into modular, tested code.
• Deploy models in batch and real-time environments with versioning and retraining.
• Implement monitoring, drift detection, alerts, and logging for ML systems.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and Platform teams on CI/CD and secure deployment patterns.
• Uphold engineering standards with high-quality testing and documentation.
