Production Ministry Lead

(Part-Time – 12 hrs/week)

Overview:
We’re looking for a Production Ministry Lead to help bring our Sunday and midweek services to life with excellence, creativity, and purpose. This role supports the most visible ministries at Village Church—teaching, worship, and service—by leading and developing a strong production team. You’ll oversee audio, visual, lighting, and staging to ensure everything runs smoothly and distraction-free, allowing people to fully engage with the Gospel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, schedule, and coach volunteers in the production ministry.
  
  
• Oversee audiovisual, lighting, and technical operations for Sunday and midweek services.
  
  
• Maintain production equipment and ensure a safe, organized working environment.
  
  
• Collaborate with staff and ministry leaders to plan and execute services and events with excellence.
  
  
• Support a culture of volunteer appreciation and spiritual development.
  
  
• Serve as a hands-on leader, setting the tone with a servant-hearted, joyful attitude.

• Strong experience or proficiency in audio, video, lighting, or stage production (one or more).

• Flexible, collaborative, and innovative thinker with great problem-solving ability.
  
  
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work Sunday mornings and occasional evenings.
  
  
• A heart for ministry and alignment with the mission and values of Village Church.
  
  
• Experience in church ministry is an asset, but not required.
  
  
• Class 5 driver’s license preferred.

Pay: $25/hour
