£25,515.36 per annum + Overtime | 7am - 7pm 2 days 2 nights 4 off - 7 times and then 18 days off

A well-established UK manufacturer is seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join their team as a Production Mill Operator – Pulper. This is an opportunity to grow your skills, gain industry experience, and work toward career progression.

The Role

You’ll support pulp production operations to maintain high standards of output, efficiency, and safety. Key duties include:

Operating and monitoring pulp machinery

Recording production data and tracking downtime

Performing daily FLT and routine machine checks

Adhering to health & safety protocols

Troubleshooting minor production issues

Candidate Requirements

Strong communication and team-working skills

Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office)

Sound problem-solving ability

Industrial or manual labour experience preferred

Willingness to learn new equipment and procedures

Shift Pattern

2 Days / 2 Nights / 4 Off repeated for 7 cycles

Followed by 18 days off

36 hours per week

Saturday: Time and a Half

Sunday: Double Time
