Job summary

Superdry is seeking a proactive, highly organized professional to manage and execute accurate buy placements and ensure on-time delivery of multi-product bulk production. You will lead critical path management, engage with global suppliers, and coordinate with sustainability, sourcing and Q&T to meet seasonal objectives.

Ideal candidates will have strong Excel skills, experience with PLM systems, and proven ability to manage supplier relationships while driving efficiency and process

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritise workload efficiently.
• Clear understanding of garment production processes and critical path management.
• Experience in a fast-paced global business.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Place orders with suppliers to deadlines and manage the PO book.
• Identify and mitigate late-delivery risks via clear critical path and escalation processes.
• Engage with Global Suppliers and regional colleagues to meet seasonal requirements.
• Monitor weekly shipments and manage supplier bookings with freight forwarding partners.
• Drive process improvements and system optimization projects.
