Position Summary:

  • Working Hours: Rotating day and night shifts

About the role:

Our colleagues across the global network bring happiness with every bite. The Manchester site is undergoing significant investment, introducing new products like Club and Gold Bar, leading to multiple vacancies for production/operators. Key responsibilities include:

  • Operating complex processes and equipment
  • Mechanical/format changeovers and machine setup
  • Using data for decision-making and problem-solving
  • Working across lines or areas
  • Maintaining food safety, hygiene, health, safety, and housekeeping standards
Bring your experience! Essential Criteria:
  • Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or food industry
  • Understanding of GMP and safety procedures
  • Positive attitude and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Desired Criteria:
  • Understanding of HACCP systems
