Production Manager

Our client is a leading London agency seeking an experienced Production Manager with senior artworking expertise, particularly in producing Annual Reports using Workiva. All-round artworking skills are essential, with a specific emphasis on experience with text-heavy documents. Candidates with 5-10 years of agency experience working on corporate communications, preferably annual reports, are ideal.

The role involves overseeing the production team's workflow and assignments, ensuring robust project planning, managing freelance resources during busy periods, and providing supportive leadership with a strong understanding of the team's daily challenges. The successful candidate will serve as the agency's lead expert on Workiva, managing projects and acting as the key internal resource for knowledge, client advising, and establishing standardized methodologies for Workiva projects.

Candidates must present portfolios showcasing corporate literature and reports with a high level of attention to detail. The agency produces not only Annual Reports but also Sustainability reports.

Proficiency in the following applications is required at a good level: Workiva, Figma, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Word, Excel.

Ideal candidates will be highly motivated, driven by high standards, with a keen eye for detail. A good sense of humor is also beneficial!
