Job summary

Thales Group in Glasgow is seeking an experienced Activity Manager to lead a high-performing manufacturing cell on the Friday–Sunday weekend shift. You will own day-to-day operations, drive performance to meet the Master Production Schedule, and coach a talented team to deliver world-class solutions.

Responsibilities include championing HSE, ensuring quality, promoting Lean practices, and supporting recruitment and training to build a flexible, inclusive workforce.

  • Proven experience leading teams in manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of HSE, quality standards, and KPIs.
  • Passion for Lean manufacturing and CI.
