A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Production Manager/Supervisor for a company in the Bristol area that provide specialist print solutions.

With no day ever being the same the Production Manager/Supervisor role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class organisation.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Managing a team of 18 production staff across 2 shifts
• Supervisor of Slitting and Coating Operations
• Ongoing training and development of staff
• Ongoing improvement and review of Processes and procedures
• Oversight of Quality and Health and Safety
• Getting involved with recruitment and company growth plans

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Time Served as a Production Manager/Supervisor
• Ability to establish and maintain a good team working environment.
• Operational understanding of a production/distribution facility
• Forklift License Experience

Package and Benefits:

• £35,000 - £40,000
• 20 days + Banks, 37.5 hours, Mon-Fri (9am - 5pm)
