Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily production operations, ensuring adherence to company standards and objectives.
2. Implement and maintain efficient production schedules to meet customer demands and delivery timelines.
3. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
4. Monitor and report on production performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
6. Collaborate with the R&D and quality assurance teams to integrate new processes and materials.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in a production management role, preferably within a similar industry.
