Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management, with a focus on optimising efficiency, quality, and safety within our facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations, ensuring adherence to company standards and objectives.
• Implement and maintain efficient production schedules to meet customer demands and delivery timelines.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Analyse plant performance & process technical data, making adjustments to operations, processes, and equipment as needed.
• Monitor and report on production performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with the R&D and quality assurance teams to integrate new processes and materials.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in a production management role, preferably within a similar industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and organisational skills.
• A degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
