• Overseeing production line operations in line with company targets and quality standards.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives within the production area.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Implementing effective resource management strategies.
• Leading and motivating a team to reach production goals.
• Coordinating with other departments to optimise production processes.
• Constantly seeking opportunities to improve systems and procedures
• Ensuring KPI's are achieved

Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday 6am-2pm
