A leading creative technology studio in Norwich is seeking a Production Manager for a 9-12 months maternity cover. The role involves day-to-day management of creative projects, client liaison, and logistical coordination, requiring strong organisational skills and 2-3 years of relevant experience.
We’re Infinite Form – the "What IF?" agency. We’re a cutting-edge creative technology studio based in Norwich, specialising in immersive experiences across a range of exciting sectors, with a 10 year history, a book of big name clients in the UK and overseas, and a multi-skilled 18-strong team.
Role Overview
We’re on the hunt for a highly-organised and friendly Production Manager to join our team on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave.
You’ll be the dedicated point of contact for our clients throughout live projects – responsible for the day-to-day management of our creative projects, liaising with stakeholders, writing briefs, scheduling shoots, managing the post-production workflow and ensuring we stick like glue to the delivery schedule and budget.
You’ll be happy working across different tech platforms for different clients in an ever-evolving industry. On any day with us, you could be arranging logistics for an international film shoot, play testing a free-roam VR game or populating an AR app. Some of our projects may require you to attend shoots or events throughout the UK or overseas, so a UK driving licence and a passport is essential.
What are we looking for?
We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual with exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills – one who isn’t afraid to get stuck in, whether that’s briefing the team or negotiating schedules with clients. You’ll be part of our wider team but you’ll often work alone so you need to be able to stay motivated and focused.
Our ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years experience in a project/production management role, ideally within a creative industry focussing on digital and video projects. An interest in VR and tech would be a plus, but a genuine passion for schedules, call sheets and to-do lists is better.
What’s on offer?
This position is a temporary maternity cover contract for 9-12 months, with a preferred start date of early August. We’ll give you all the tools needed for the job, along with:
