Job summary

Aurora Lifesciences is seeking a Production Manager to lead manufacturing performance in a regulated medical device environment. You’ll balance daily delivery with long‑term improvement using Lean, Six Sigma and ISO 13485 to drive compliant, efficient operations.

You’ll lead production teams, coordinate demand, capacity, and materials, and partner with Quality and Engineering to raise productivity while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong background in production leadership within regulated manufacturing, ideally medical devices.

Responsibilities

• Set the pace and direction of production with safety and quality in mind.
• Coordinate production plans around demand, capacity, labour, equipment and materials.
• Use performance data to identify trends, address inefficiencies and improve output and cost.
• Lead Lean and Six Sigma projects to reduce waste and improve process flow.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Planning and Quality to resolve issues and maintain momentum.
• Ensure activities meet ISO 13485, GMP and internal procedures.
