Production Manager | £38,000 | Permanent | Poole

As a Production Manager you'll play a key role in the badging department, working closely with production in a well-established warehouse. With a clear pathway for progression , this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills and grow into a stable role.

This is a permanent position with the opportunity to progress and grow within an established company. You'll be responsible for providing essential support to the Badging department and ensuring smooth communication and operations between the warehouse and production.

As Production Manager , your responsibilities will include:

* Responsible for the supervision, management, and development of badging team.

* Conduct monthly documented 121 meetings with all members of the team and supporting team development.

* Ensure badging machinery and heat-seal machines are running smoothly, and preventative maintenance and repairs are carried out if needed.

* Raise Purchase Orders accordantly with the requirements of the workload and customer demand.

* Ensure Health and Safety rules and policies are always followed and adhered to.

As Production Manager , you'll have experience:

* Managing and supervising a Team within the Production department

* Dealing with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

* Strong communication skills to liaise across departments

* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to support staff where needed.
