A recruitment partner seeks an experienced Production Manager to run a manufacturing facility in Rutland. The role includes overseeing production planning, ensuring product delivery, and developing the team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in an engineered manufacturing environment, demonstrating strong leadership and manufacturing skills. A career path to Director is available.
We need an experienced Production Manager to run our manufacturing facility in Rutland. Reporting into the Managing Director and running a facility which is engineering and assembly, including production planning. There is a genuine Director level career path for you if you are the right person. Your leadership experience should cover some of all the following: machining, fabrication, welding, assembly, coating/spraying. If this is you, please get in touch!
BASIC SALARY: Up to £55,000 dependant on your relevant experience

We are looking for our new Production Manager with experience in engineering, industrial, or machinery manufacturing environments—covering processes such as machining, fabrication, welding, assembly, and related manufacturing activities. Our environment features low-volume manufacturing with a mix of prototyping and small-batch work.
