Production Manager Opportunity on-site primarily at Glenrothes with travel to Livingston as required.

We also have Production teams at the Livingston (West Lothian) site and you'll be expected to travel to Livingston as per business requirements to support the teams.

Raytheon UK have a fantastic opportunity for a Production Manager to join our Production teams who manufacture important products used in the Aerospace and Defence industry. This role will manage a team of associates, supervisors and engineers.

To be successful in the role you will need to excel in a range of areas from People, developing & managing talent, project delivery, Manufacturing budget/costs, process/process improvement and be an ambassador for our Raytheon UK values and behaviours.

The ideal candidate will have similar experience in a Production Manager or Manufacturing Operations Manager role at a similar Manufacturing, Electronics, Defence, Semiconductor, Aerospace company. Working with products that focus on electronics or electro-mechanical would be a great match for this role. Also key to this role is budget/costing skills and excellent People skills to support our teams and customers.
Supporting qualifications/higher education in a relevant Engineering, Production, Manufacturing Operations or equivalent would be ideal for this role due to technical requirements and knowledge/skills.
