Opportunity for an experienced Production Manager based in Essex to join a growing Food Manufacturing business.

As Production Manager, you will report directly to the Operations Director, leading operations with a focus on efficiency, quality, and scalability of production. You will ensure daily workloads and KPIs are met through continuous improvement, while adhering to food safety protocols and managing the team.

The role requires an influential leader willing to engage actively and foster a positive, healthy culture across the site, providing coaching and mentorship as needed.

Continuous Improvement is central to this company's growth strategy, and you will play a key role in embedding a CI culture within the team.

Ideal candidates will have strong work ethics and the ability to maintain high standards and correct behaviors.

This position is suitable for a Production Manager, Shift Manager, Operations Manager, or Manufacturing Manager with experience in FMCG, Food, or Packaging industries, who is based in or willing to relocate to Essex.

Requirements include leadership skills, HSE management, HACCP, and Quality Systems expertise, with the ability to start immediately. The role involves working 5 out of 7 days, including Saturdays.
