Job summary

Page Personnel is seeking a Production Manager for a global FMCG brand with a Somerset site. You will report to the Factory Manager and be accountable for the production of ingredients and the packing departments, driving KPI performance, safety and quality in a highly automated facility.

You will lead multiple teams in a fast-paced environment, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with planning, technical and maintenance to meet schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in an FMCG food manufacturing environment.
• Excellent people leadership and teamwork skills.
• Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the managers of process, packing and shifts.
• Organise and manage day-to-day production plan.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety practices and food safety standards.
• Collaborate with planning, technical and maintenance teams.
• Drive KPI performance including productivity and waste, and support automation/data collection initiatives.
