Job Description:

How will you make an impact?

You will be leading the Leather Manufacturing workshop in London, creating products of exceptional quality and building an outstanding manufacturing facility and a motivated strong team.

Bespoke has been at the heart of our brand since its inception years ago, and the Walthamstow facility has played a key role in creating the most exquisite luxury goods for our clients for many years. This role will support the sales of this category across our global network by creating tools and education proposals to share with the sales teams, enabling strong success and providing clients with an excellent customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have considerable expertise within luxury sectors, with a strong sense of design, detail, and finish. A sense of urgency and project management skills are essential for success in this role.

This dynamic role requires confidence, meticulous attention to detail, and a flexible attitude—no task is too big or small—to succeed in this collaborative and busy environment.

  • Leading the team of leather craft makers in London and managing our leather workshop at Walthamstow. Collaborating with other production teams to meet strategic goals. Responsible for managing, coordinating, and controlling production and product development from Walthamstow.
  • Contributing to global Bespoke and Custom sales by providing excellent customer experience and service, ensuring quality control, compliance, and sustainability.
  • Managing administrative duties such as raw materials, purchase orders, pricing, SKU creation, external contractors, and resource planning to meet business expectations.
  • Supporting the design and development of tools for the retail network to showcase Bespoke and Custom opportunities.
  • Providing regular reports on production planning and forecasts to meet deadlines, with a focus on critical path and production scheduling.
  • Managing all points of sale collateral for Custom and Bespoke, ensuring timely delivery of seasonal tools into the market.

How will you experience success with us?

  • Experience in production, product development, supplier management, outsourcing, or similar roles within a luxury brand. Comprehensive experience of the entire production cycle.
  • A strong leader with several years of experience in a senior management role within a retail environment.
  • Knowledge of production management, risk management, and safety regulations.
  • Exceptional quality control standards for all products.
  • Strong leadership skills to inspire and drive teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
  • Critical path focus and project management expertise.
  • Deep understanding of the luxury environment and market.
  • Experience with multi-region/market operations.
