Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop a production team of 18–25 people.
• Monitor performance against targets and follow up commitments.
• Build an effective management structure with supervisors and chargehands.
• Establish and manage meaningful production KPIs.
• Monitor output, productivity, labour utilisation and non-productive time.
• Hold effective daily production meetings and communicate priorities clearly.
