Job summary

SRS Recruitment are representing a leading Bespoke Joinery Manufacturer recruiting a PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR to manage the factory floor. You will oversee daily manufacturing activities, ensuring safety, efficiency and on-time delivery while working hands-on with the production team.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the role requires experience in bespoke joinery or furniture manufacturing, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to read manufacturing drawings.

Qualifications

• Experience in bespoke joinery or furniture manufacturing.
• Previous supervisory or team leader experience within manufacturing.
• Ability to read manufacturing drawings.
• Confident, professional and well organized.

Responsibilities

• Organise & supervise the daily workload across the factory
• Allocate work to production staff according to priorities
• Ensure production follows the agreed manufacturing process
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success
• Monitor progress through the day
