We’re a team of 30 full-time specialists, based near Shrewsbury, and we’re looking for a Production Manager to join our growing team.

About the Role

As a Production Manager, you’ll work closely with our senior production team to support the planning and delivery of high-profile events across the UK and beyond. You’ll be involved in all aspects of production—from logistics and scheduling to equipment specification, on-site delivery and technical coordination.

You’ll be working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with opportunities for personal development, travel, and working with cutting-edge event technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning and delivery of live events, exhibitions, and activations
• Coordinate with clients, crew, suppliers, and venues to ensure seamless delivery
• Support other members of the production team with scheduling and technical logistics
• Producing CAD plans, cable plots and system schematics
• Carry out site visits and provide on-site support at live events
• Uphold health & safety standards and company processes

What We’re Looking For

• Production management or project management experience with live events or exhibitions
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A calm, organised approach to working under pressure
• Proficient knowledge of CAD software and an ability to read technical drawings
• Full UK driving licence
• Willingness to travel and stay away for events (evenings/weekends as required)
