We're looking for a Production Manager to take ownership of our Body & Chassis line – managing people, process, and performance in a fast-paced, high-quality environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Leading a team of 6 direct reports, with 150+ indirect staff including Welders, Fitters, and Electrical Technicians
2. Ensuring top-tier quality, safety, and operational efficiency on a single production line
3. Reporting directly to the Head of Production
4. Driving accountability and performance while managing grievances professionally
5. Communicating across all levels – from the shop floor to senior leadership
6. Upholding rigorous ISO9001 & ISO14001 standards and managing H&S (IOSH required)

What We're Looking For:

1. Proven production line leadership experience – ideally single-line management
2. Practical experience in Body & Chassis or similar industrial environments
3. Diploma, Degree, HNC or equivalent in an engineering/technical discipline
4. Comfortable outside large corporate environments – experience in flexible, quality-led settings preferred
5. IOSH certified, and confident managing safety on the floor
6. Open to industry backgrounds – we value transferable skills and real-world leadership
