Thrive Group is supporting a leading supplier in the FMCG and pharmaceutical sectors, actively recruiting for a Production Manager position near Warminster on a permanent basis.

What you will be doing:

The successful candidate will oversee the factory operations and ensure the efficient running of daily manufacturing activities.

  • Oversee manufacturing and preparation of chemicals for distribution.
  • Lead, develop, and motivate the manufacturing team to meet production targets and manage performance.
  • Ensure all operational projects and deadlines are delivered as planned.
  • Manage purchasing and inventory control of raw materials.
  • Ensure compliance with QSHE, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Ensure all manufacturing processes adhere to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
  • Manage facilities and maintenance.
What you will need to succeed:
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and lean operations, identifying opportunities to reduce waste and enhance processes.
  • Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline, preferably with a focus on Process Engineering.
  • Experience in a chemical production facility or similar manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in SAP, MRP, and Excel.
  • Minimum of IOSH or NEBOSH qualification in Health and Safety.
What you will receive in return:
  • Competitive salary with a 5% bonus upon achieving targets.
  • Monday to Friday, full-time 37.30 hours per week.
  • Health care and Death in Service benefits.
