Production Manager | £38,000 | Permanent | Poole

As a Production Manager, you’ll play a key role in the badging department, working closely with production in a well-established warehouse. With a clear pathway for progression, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills and grow into a stable role.

This is a permanent position with the opportunity to progress and grow within an established company. You’ll be responsible for providing essential support to the Badging department and ensuring smooth communication and operations between the warehouse and production.

Responsibilities of the Production Manager include:

• Supervision, management, and development of the badging team
• Conducting monthly documented 121 meetings with all team members to support development
• Ensuring badging machinery and heat-seal machines operate smoothly, with preventative maintenance and repairs as needed
• Raising Purchase Orders according to workload and customer demand
• Ensuring Health and Safety rules and policies are always followed

Requirements for the Production Manager role:

• Experience managing and supervising a team within the production department
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
