Job summary

Hunter Selection is assisting a market-leading manufacturer in Oxford to appoint a Production Manager. You will coordinate daily manufacturing activities, ensuring schedules and deadlines are met while maintaining ISO 9001 quality standards.

The role requires robust shop floor leadership and hands-on oversight of documentation and MRP/ERP updates. The position offers £70,000–£75,000 per year, Monday to Friday days, and 25 days holiday plus Bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years of experience in composites.
• Management on the shop floor experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily manufacturing activities to meet schedules and deadlines.
• Maintain quality standards and ISO 9001 compliance.
• Oversee production documentation, reporting, and MRP/ERP system updates.
• Drive continuous improvement to boost productivity, efficiency and performance.
• Interpret engineering drawings and ensure correct manufacturing.
