Location: Farnworth, Greater Manchester
Salary: GBP47,000 - GBP48,000 + up to 23% bonus
Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week (8:00 AM 4:30 PM, flexible)

We re a forward-thinking, UK-leading industrial laundry business with a proud heritage dating back over 200 years. As our new Production Manager, you ll play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence at our busy Farnworth site.
What you'll do:Lead and develop a team of supervisors, team leaders, and production operatives to deliver top-quality workwear processing to ISO standards.
Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient preparation, repair, finishing, and dispatch of garments and textiles.
Collaborate with senior leadership and engineering teams to reduce downtime and boost productivity.
Recruit, train, and motivate staff to meet production targets while fostering a safe and positive work environment.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives that keep us ahead in the industry.
Experienced Production Manager with years in manufacturing or industrial production.
Familiar with ISO quality standards and lean/5S methodologies.
Motivated by results and continuous improvement.
Confident making data-driven decisions and driving change.
