Responsibilities

• Lead site operations with strong commercial and financial acumen to ensure the site runs efficiently and effectively.
• Monitor and analyse KPIs; make recommendations to improve productivity, efficiency and service levels.
• Collaborate with engineering, service and logistics teams to resolve operational issues and enhance site performance.
• Manage production planning to ensure on-time, in-full delivery of customer commitments.
• Contribute to budget development, cost control, and long-term strategic planning alongside the General Manager.
• Drive continuous improvement across operations, sales, customer satisfaction, health & safety, leadership and people agenda using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies (advantage).
• Operate in a fast-paced production/supply chain and/or service management environment in a lean setting.
• Provide strong man-management: motivate, develop talent, build a collaborative team culture and ensure accountability for performance.
• Inspire a culture of teamwork, recognise exceptional performance and address areas for improvement consistently and fairly.
• Set and maintain high standards for quality and compliance and communicate directions effectively.
