As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the manufacturing process to ensure efficient and high-quality production. You will lead a team of skilled operatives, manage production schedules, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to maximise productivity and quality.

Key Responsibilities of the Production Manager:

• Oversee daily production activities to meet targets and maintain quality standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop production teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
